Memberships are designed around consistency, progression, and enough training volume to actually adapt. Progress and Performance members who join directly for at least three months receive a monthly coaching session.

One monthly private coaching session for Progress and Performance members.

Worth £110/month

Progress and Performance members who join directly with BUILT for a minimum three-month commitment receive one 60-minute coaching session each month. Sessions are non-rollover and designed to help you get more from class.

  • Refine your form on the machines and free weights.
  • Learn new movements before they appear in class.
  • Review your software-tracked progress and loading plan.
  • Use assisted stretching, mobility work, or recovery coaching where useful.
  • Get extra attention on confidence, setup, tempo, range of motion, and technique.

Learn the equipment before your first proper workout.

A focused 60-minute small-group intro for anyone who wants to understand the machines, station flow, and key lifting cues before joining regular classes. Capped at four participants, so there is plenty of time for individual guidance.

Covers setup, seat positions, safe ranges, tempo, common form mistakes, and how BUILT chooses your starting weights. The fee can be credited toward your first direct membership if you join within seven days.
