How BUILT works.

A 45-minute full-body strength class built around planned movement patterns, heavy weights, software-guided progressive overload, and a clear structure from start to finish.

01 Check in

Your coach and software identify your previous weights, training history, and starting point for the day.

02 Prepare

A focused warmup gets you ready for the movement patterns in the session.

03 Train

You move through planned strength stations covering hinge, squat, push, pull, bilateral, and unilateral work with controlled reps and heavy weights.

04 Progress

Your weights are tracked so the next session can be adjusted intelligently.

What you can expect.

Planned movement patterns

No random circuits. Each session balances hinge, squat, push, pull, bilateral, and unilateral work.

Enough load to matter

We use controlled low-rep sets and meaningful resistance, not light weights moved quickly just to raise your heart rate.

Progressive overload

Your weights are tracked so training can progress over time instead of resetting every class.

Coaching over hype

The room is structured and supportive, with clear explanations and coaching standards built into the experience.

Strength training without the old gym culture.

Many people are ready to lift, but traditional gyms can feel chaotic, intimidating, unhygienic, male-dominated, or socially exhausting. BUILT gives you the confidence of a group without the pressure of performance.

We welcome all ages, races, sexualities, gender identities, body types, training histories, and confidence levels. You do not need to look like a lifter, know gym etiquette, understand the equipment, or prove you belong before you arrive.

Everyone follows the same structure and progresses at their own level. The community is there to make strength training easier to begin and easier to repeat, not to force competition, attention, or a social persona.

An architectural strength studio with organized training bays, clean equipment, and generous spacing.

Train somewhere you actually love being.

Expect considered lighting, clean equipment resets, generous spacing, clear stations, filtered water, and a room that feels focused enough for proper training but welcoming enough to return to.
