Hinge, squat, push, pull, bilateral and unilateral movements. You may have heard the terms; we program them in the right sequence, the right training volume, and proper rest between sets. You'll get an efficient full-body session without worrying whether you are doing it right.
At a normal gym, even the best plan can fall apart when the machines you need are busy. BUILT assigns stations in advance, so even with up to 24 people, you are not wasting peak-hour training time waiting for equipment.

Training does not need to punish you to work. HIIT and bootcamps can be great for your heart, but too much high-impact work can leave you tired, sore, and under-recovered without building the muscle that supports long-term health.
On the other side of the group fitness spectrum, many classes promise to tone and sculpt, but lack the structure and intensity needed to meaningfully change your body. These low-impact formats can be excellent for control, mobility, and body awareness, but they do not replace the full benefits of progressive strength training.
